International Partner Associate Membership Application

If you are a member of an association that is part of the IOHA network,  we invite you to join our International Partner Scheme.

As an International Partner Scheme member, you will receive AIOH Associate Membership with a discounted annual fee.

If you are unable to submit the form: 

• You may already be a member of the AIOH in the database, in which case you need to login 
• Your personal details are already registered on the AIOH database
• Please check that all required fields marked with an asterix have been completed, and try again.
